overrun poolstale food
i was looking forward to a swim, but the pool was overrun with kids (i swear, there were more splashing toddlers than actual water). also, the breakfast buffet, while extensive, had some items that seemed like they'd been sitting out since last tuesday. and while the location is central, finding parking nearby reminded me of navigating a maze.

the breakfast had a very good choice of local and international products. the staff was professional. the location is in the heart of the city.
i requested a quiet room. i got a room at the back of the hotel and it was directly below the power unit for the swimming pool. it made a continuous rumbling noise , made it impossible to sleep.

The hotel provided complimentary bottles of water. This was acceptable.
I requested a quiet room, but this was not accommodated. i was placed in a room directly below the swimming pool power unit. this caused a continuous rumbling noise, disturbing my sleep. It was odd to be given such a room after requesting quiet, especially if other rooms were available.
